Summer-Funday Friday Challenge

Hello my crafty friends, I hope you are having a wonderful Friday!  Time for another Funday Friday over at Jo's Scrap Shack and our theme this week is Summer.  So made a little mini banner using the chipboard banner pieces that come with the Cricut Art Philosophy cart. I cut my designer papers to size, inked around all my banner pieces with Vintage Photo distress ink. Then using the same cartridge I cut the letters "s,u,m,m,e,r" and added them to my banner pieces. I think I will add some embellishments to this cute banner, but I didn't know just exactly what I wanted to add yet, so I'm just going to look at it for a while and see what comes to mind. Simple, easy and cute-perfect for me! lol Please go to Jo's Scrap Shack and see what inspiration  my design team sister have for you and then join us using this theme!

I have only made one banner so far, that was for my future daughter-in-law's college graduation. It is a lot of work! Harder than I thought it would be. This one is lovely!

Hugs,

Chriss

Love it, Brenda. Great papers. You have lots of fabulous cuts to choose from , but it's cute just like it is.

It's cute! I love the papers you've used. I can just picture some pieces of watermelon and popsicles on it. Great job!
