I Scream, You Scream....BBTB2 Challege

Hello crafty friends, hope you have had a great weekend and that the week is off to a great start as well. I am still taking each day as it comes, can't really look forward to the future yet or even conceive the future without my beloved. I know it will come one day, but for now I am best taking each day as it comes.

Today is Monday, so that means a brand new challenge is going on over at BBTB2. I am hosting this week and the theme I chose for my DT Sisters and you is to use ice cream on your project. Did you know that on the first Saturday of February it is "Eat ice cream for breakfast" holiday?!! I can't make this stuff up people, it really is!! lol Sooooo, this is why I want to see ice cream on your projects. Go over to BBTB2 and see what inspiration my design team sisters have for you and then link up a project with ice cream on it with us.

I used Mojo Monday 431 sketch. As always, thank you for taking the time out of your day and visiting me. Your visit is much appreciated as are your commented. You bring much joy to my day when you visit! Crafty hugs, Brenda

Well I guess I'd better alert the grandchildren about the first Saturday in February! I'm sure their parents will just love me for that, hahaha! One day at a time is the best way to go. While the next days aren't going to be the easiest, the surety and knowledge of a heavenly reuniting really does make them bearable. Email me if you need me. And your card...who wouldn't want a sweet dish of ice cream like that one?!! And in the most perfect color combination too! Fantastic design for this darling card. Bev

My kids and husband would say it is never too cold for ice cream! Me, not so much. It makes me feel really cold when eating it in the winter time, and I hate feeling cold! I enjoyed the ice cream challenge! I love how you made your card into a valentine card. That ice cream looks really yummy and your card is so adorable!

I wasn't aware of the ice cream breakfast day in February, but it's funny in a way. Who wants ice cream in cold weather? Let alone for breakfast! Ha ha! Then again, if I had a bowl as cute as this one with a big smiley face - I may be inclined to indulge in ice cream all day/every day! What a fun little card :)

WHAT??!! I missed *eat ice cream for breakfast* day (the price I pay for being soooo behind in commenting...my apologies, dear friend!)! ACK! Oh well, tomorrow *is* Saturday so...perhaps I'll have to make up for it. Belated is allowed, right? Anyway, I absolutely adore your yummy card...sweetness to the max! Actually, I may not be able to wait until morning for ice cream *grin* Taking things one day at a time is the best way, Brenda. You'll experience ebbs and flows, which are completely natural. You do what you need, as you need, when you need...and we're all here to give you our support and love. You're a strong, sensitive gal...and remember that Dwayne is with you, loving you deeply...
