More Stacking Layer Cards

Hello crafty friends, I have the last of my stacking layer cards to share with you. But first I wanted to post an updated picture of myself. Not that I like looking at myself but because I love to see pictures of the people I visit at their blogs. You know, you like to "see" who you are talking too, right?!! lol Please be kind, I'm not photogenic and didn't put any make up on and my 57 years are showing!!!! And I'm not good at taking selfies at all, but it is what it is! Ok, now that you know who you are talking to, let's move on shall we?

So I made a birthday card, a thank you card and a thinking of you card. I love the birthday card, the papers just glitter so in real life. Isn't that Martini glass, pick and olive so cute?! I have no clue what color a Martini is or what one tastes like. Just saying! lol

My hot air balloon I colored with my Prisma colored pencils. Wish now I would have did every other stripe. sigh Once again, some plainer (older) glitter paper behind the layers.

Colored my plane and banner with my Prisma Pencils as well. Gold glitter paper behind the layers again. And that is it from me! I hope you have enjoyed these cards. I am thankful that you stop by and visited with me a spell. You know how much I love your visits and I will be around to visit you too. I am having problems once again getting my email notifications on the blogs that I follow by email, so don't worry if I haven't been around in a while. I will be by as soon as I can. Your comments bring me much joy and sunshine to this new life of mine and is so appreciated!!!

Crafty hugs,

Hi Brenda,
this is so nice to see who we are talking too.
I think if I do a selfie of myself it wouldn't look as good as yours as I tried once when I first got my tablet. lol.
Love your wonderful card and the layered stacks.
Your designs are wonderful.
I purchased a couple of her files too, but haven't used them yet as I have to convert them in canvas for my ScaNcut and not got around to doing it yet.
In anyrate thank you so much for the info about them.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.

Hello Gorgeous!!! You look great, darlin'. But I know what you mean about taking selfies. You did really good with this one, I have to say. And these amazing layered cards...OH MY GOSH!! I'll be checking the Silhouette store for similar ones when I'm done here... LOVE that martini. With an olive; just the way I'd like them if I liked them, lol. And that hot air balloon is pretty darn special...; ) LOVE your coloring with the Prisma pencils; it's beautiful. That sweet little plane flying up among the stars is adorable. What a marvelous trio of cards, dear friend. But especially love your selfie. Giant hugs, sweetie pie! Bev

Well, hello you gorgeous gal, you! WOW! I'm the same age as you are and no way do I look as stunning! Selfie spectacular; I especially adore that hint of a twinkle in your eye! Yep, you are a beautiful babe! Speaking of beautiful: your trio of wonderful cards! Your sparkly martini card is such fun and, like you, I haven't a clue what one tastes like (red wine for me, please). The olive-and-heart stick: cuteness! Your hot air balloon is exactly that: uplifting. Your shades of blue: perfect! And then there's your little plane, zooming through the starry sky, bringing smiles to all! A-DOR-A-BLE! Yes indeed, my friend: a marvelous, lovely post in every way!

Thanks for sharing the great new picture! I have yet to take a selfie of myself LOL The photo I use is from 2010, so I could use an update too, but I've always been one to shy away from cameras. My baby pictures are probably the only ones I've ever liked! LOL
Fun cards today with those great backgrounds and wonderful coloring! I don't know that I've ever had a martini either, but I do know that olives are green, does that count? LOL

I'm so jealous, Brenda... NO MAKEUP!!! You DO NOT want to see that from me - not that the makeup even helps that much!!! Thanks for that photo... but I have a clear picture of your smiling face when we chat!
All three darling cards! LOve the pink glitter peeking through, perfectly colored [don't second guess yourself!] and man do I wish I could take a little flight in that cute plane - does it stop in Michigan?!

A LOVELY photo and certainly the years haven't been counted in your face. You have beautiful skin and hair. I wouldn't have the courage to do what you have done LOL.

Your cards - Love the layers and the martini glass, perfect sentiment with it. Fabulous colouring of the balloon, and I think the same colours look wonderful. Love the stars background for your little spaceship, a fab card.

That's such a lovely photo, Brenda ... it'd be great if you had it in your side bar ... that way we'd see you each time we visit! A trio of fabulous cards ... those layering cut files are fantastic ... and you showcased them beautifully! Course, I'm fortunate to have IRL a couple of other LCF cards from you, so know how gorgeous (and beautifully shimmery!) your cards are with them! Hugs, Anita :)

So nice to see you Brenda, you are so beautiful and without make-up. I would have guessed that you were much younger, sweetie!

The cards are gorgeous too with the glitter card showing, I haven't seen that design before. The Martini glass is simply amazing.

How did I miss this post? And I totally disagree with everything you said about the picture & not being photogenic. You're a very pretty lady, (don't look your years either) and you have a gentle & kind face as well. You've held up well (LOL). Enjoyed seeing this latest picture. Now, I'm loving each of your layers cards. You're quite an expert with these files, and I love the motifs on each one. Also impressed by your pencil skills, as the shading on the images looks great! Like the designs too! Cute - splendid work! Big hugs & TFS (it IS nice to know who you're talking to!)

Oh Brenda, you are so pretty and have the most beautiful skin. You look so young and unlined! I'm so glad you shared this picture. I love those cards made with the layered dies. I love how you added the sparkle paper behind the layers. I love the "thanks for the lift" card best I think but all are great.
