Celebrate Spring! MPC Challenge

Hello my crafty friends! It is Wednesday and you know that means its time for a new Cricut challenge over at My Paper Crafting. Our challenge this week is Spring. Can I just say I'm so ready for spring to get here already?!! We had snow on Monday, so the sun needs to stay out and keep away the snow! I'm so tired of the cold. lol As I'm sure many of you are too. Now I am so jealous of the south and CA-I want their 80 degree weather!! Oh well, I guess Spring will get here when she's ready and there's nothing I can do about it. So on to my card.  I decided to try this unusual shape card called Twist Fun Fold card. If you want to know how to make this card, got to here for a video tutorial. I used the Bloom Cricut cartridge for the water can with flowers and my sentiment, my bees came from the Cricut cartridge Just Because and my oval is a nestie. This card will make a pocket on the outside as well as the inside, but I glued the outside pocket and left the inside pocket open for a gift card.  This card made a cute and different gift card holder than the standard ones. Although I think it is cute, not sure I would like making to many, it was hard to have your stuff look straight on such an angular card. But it was fun to do, maybe I just need to try out some more, who knows. lol Go check out what my design team sister have for you for inspiration and then link up with us! We love it when you do!
