Twofer Challenge

Hello crafty friends, three times posting-unheard of anymore with me, yet here I am. Wanting to play in the Twofer Challenge. I have to say this one stumped me and I went in different directions a few times before I ended up here. I have learned I am not a watercolourer! I keep trying, but get less than stellar results. I need to take a trip and have Bonnie or Loll teach me because I'm terrible at it. I know it, so I can say it. I keep trying though. These two watercolour cards are ok, not great, but ok. Ok enough that I didn't throw them out. If you haven't guessed, the prompt was "Fruit". I went with apples as you can see. Using apples as a border and stacked in a tin. This one took me out of my comfort zone for sure but most of the twofer challenges do cause I don't think well on demand. lol On my first card, I tried to make my tin container look rusty. Didn't quite achieve that, but will take it. Anyway, this is as good as it gets with me and watercolouring.

Thanks for taking the time from your busy schedule and visiting with me a spell. I sure appreciate you all very much. If I haven't been by to comment, please know I will be by soon.

Crafty Hugs,
