Twofer Challenge

Hello Crafty friends, yesterday started a new Twofer Challenge. For this month the challenge word is "hearts" February is a great month to use hearts in isn't it?! But remember to go over to the Twofer Challenge blog and read the rules. I think I have it straight this month. lol I looked through Pinterest to get inspired and I did, along with a new stamp set that I just got in the mail. So here are my the "hearts" I used and my two difference designed cards and different occasions cards.

I will list all my supplies in the card recipe down below. Thanks so much for stopping by this grey day and visiting with me a spell. As always your comments bring much needed sunshine to my life.

Well-done, Brenda! I love both your sweet and loving cards using the same wee hearts on both!! That typewriter with the TOY note is fantastic all on its own, but adding the fun and happy swirls underneath really make it special! And, wow, I adore your CASlicious giant YOU with the three filled squares! I have one of those giant YOU dies, so I'm pinning this sensational design!! Thank you for playing in Twofer Card Challenge #2!! Hugs, Darnell

We can certainly use a little sunshine today after this dreary weekend, right? Congrats on getting your twofers done already - I haven't even begun to think what to make for this challenge yet! LOL Love the old fashioned typewriter and cute little windows on the other card! Fun cards and you earned a twofer break now! LOL

Awesome designs Brenda!! A lot of times those little stamps in sets are forgotten, but you have made good use of the small hearts today. Both cards are very creative and fun. Thanks for joining us at Twofer Card Challenge! xx

Lovely layering and framing on that terrific little vintage typewriter, Brenda ... the sentiment is perfect with the scattering of sweet hearts around it! Delicious, CAS second card ... bold, crisp, fresh ... love how the hearts in the photo frames emphasis the message of love! Great work! So happy to have you playing along with us at Twofer! Hugs, Anita :)

Fantastic cards and I love both equally. You got two different looks using the same hearts. I love the extra details below on the first one. And, the second one is wonderful with the squares on it along with that big You.

Oh I saw the same tiny hearts on both cards. Different sentiments. Yay! You did 2 great cards that meet the challenge rules just fine. I love your designs, and the trio squares, very nifty CAS look, with style. Love the typewriter with its sweet message, the matting and again, with the tiny little hearts! Good JOB! TFS & Hugs.

That old-fashioned typewriter holding the message is adorable with the sprinkling of hearts! And the three windows containing part of the message and those cute hearts look fabulous with the big YOU sitting on top of it surrounded by lovely white space! Great designs!
Thanks for visiting my blog and for joining us at the Twofer!

What fabulous cards, Brenda! I love the colors that you chose with your typewriter, it gives it a real "print" type feel. The curl in the hearts works so well with the curls on your card. That scripty bold 'you' also plays so well off the curl in the hearts! Thanks for joining in on the fun with us at the Twofer Card Challenge!
