More Christmas Cards

Hello friends, hope everyone is doing well and if it is snowy and cold where you are, stay warm.

I'm back to share a few more Christmas cards. I had seen Brenda over at Inkspired to Stamp use this die a while back and just had to order it for myself. I don't buy a lot of crafty goodies anymore, but there have been a few things I've just had to have. All these cards are the same except for the center image as you can see. I had fun making these and love how they came out. My little images were the perfect size to place on this layer die without covering up the beauty of it. Love the embossing too. When I think of Christmas, I think of love, peace and joy...so those are the sentiments I used. As you can see, I made 8 of them. I do wish I had used kraft, gold mirror and red cardstock for my plaid dies, but still like the way they turned out. I might make more using that color combo to add to the stash for next year. We will see.  They look so much prettier in real life than they do in the photo's.

Thanks for taking time from  your busy schedule to come and visit me, I appreciate you and your comments!

Crafty hugs,

  1. You used this kaleidoscope plaid die so beautifully. It is perfect for those teeny images and makes them the focal point. That is another wonderful embossing folder. E/f seem to add so much dimension while staying in the background.

  3. OH! Brenda, what adorable and beautiful cards, I love the little images in the centre and the gorgeous embossing, the centre die is certainly one that is very effective, I can see why you had to buy it. The colour mix of the die is beautiful too. Well done my friend.

  7. What a fabulous die Brenda, and so versatile - love how you have used it so brilliantly on these delightful cards
Thank you for your comments - at this point I don't need oxygen therapy, but should I need it, it will be available - it's more a case of staying as healthy as I can and managing any flare-ups/ exacerbations at this stage.
    Blessings

  8. I’m sorry I’m so slack in commenting dearest Brenda but I lost contact on you after feedburner died then worked out how to add you on follow it. Must do more folk too whove fallen off my list.
These are so very clever I live the way they look like tartan or plaid until you look up close but most of all I love how they’re on the Christ of Christmas.
I mailed yours on Friday but then read today how they should’ve been mailed by 14th November to get overseas destinations by Christmas so just going to pray it real hard to your place along with the others.
Mail isn’t what it was once. I live that embossing folder too looks a lovely textured complement. Very clever.
Thanks for Sharing, God bless and keep you safe, and all those you love, hugs Shaz in Oz.x

  11. What a great little design you created for these cards! I love that each one is different, yet they all have the same relative thought! The plaid design looks great and I love the colors and embossing too! Nice Job!
