I made some shirts for the newest grand and her sister to place in their Easter baskets. I chose my designs and then cut them out of HTV. Got them iron on and was done. I did mess up on the ears of the bunny for the oldest sister, but I don't think she will care or even notice. It bugs me, but not enough to recut the insides of the ear again. lol Call me lazy or thrifty. lol
Mowing season has started and Bret has already mowed twice. He just said he would mow, so I didn't question it as I know it won't last. lol As always, thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to visit me. Your comments always bring rays of sunshine to my day!

Adorable shirts! Sorry you were feeling under the weather for a few days. Hope you are feeing better now. Our Easter was very low keyed also this year. It was just me and my husband because all of our kids had other plans this year.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!

These shirts are just the cutest things, and both designs are delightful! I don't know how you do this, but I love it!! The chillin' with my peeps is perfect for a wee one, and I love the colorful ears and cute face on the 2nd one! What a great idea for Easter basket gifts - I'm sure the grands were delighted! Our lawn will probably be mowed tomorrow for the first time, or perhaps even next week as things are turning green gradually! I hope Bret continues to help you with the mowing! Happy spring :)
ReplyDeleteBrenda, I wouldn't notice, could I find any bit of a blemish - they are both just as sweet as can be! OH that little onesie has to look just adorable on your new grand! LOving the flowers, and plaid inside that big bunny's ears!
ReplyDeleteTake care, and just let Brett mow, please!

They certainly won't notice a tiny error, especially if I can't hahaha. They'll be too happy with their fabulous bunnies, such gorgeous makes Brenda. I haven't done anything like this in an age. Good to hear you had a quiet Monday, it's great having people, but if you've not been well it would take it out of you. Hope you're OK now.

Oh my gosh are these ever cute. I’m amazed that you can do this. Even if you cut this on the Cricut I look at the fine lines of the whiskers and sentiment. Wow, these are just wonderful and so well designed. If something is wrong with one ear I sure can’t see it. Beautifully done, Brenda!
ReplyDeleteOh my these are so cute :) perfect gift for the Easter basket :) Dave's been plowing getting the ground ready I don't think he's mowed yet. I've had some changes in my life now on 2nd shift so this week has been a transition for me scrappy wise trying to see what is going to work for me to scrap during the week. I see lots of page kits and base pages in my future :) But I did hit a good one yesterday, preparing the layout with paper, sketch choice and photos before I went to work and I did the layout when I came home to unwind and that worked out well. So I'll give that a go for a week and see if anything needs tweaked. Have a great day my friend and enjoy this beautiful weather, hugs, Tina
ReplyDeleteThese shirts are just adorable. I'm sure the girls loved them. What a fun idea.
ReplyDeleteWhat fun Easter shirts, Brenda! Love that big bunny face for the big sister and the sweet row of bunnies and sentiment for the baby!
ReplyDeleteWhat thoughtful and unique gifts and both are adorable Brenda x. Take it easy and sending hugs x.
ReplyDeleteHi Brenda,
ReplyDeleteoh these are so gorgeous and beautifully created.
I love that wonderful idea.
Much better than Chocolate and lasts longer too.
Hope you had a wonderful Easter.
Lots of crafty love and hugs from my house to yours. Jenny L.
Sorry that you were under the weather, Brenda but hope you are back on form for a good while now. I love your gorgeous Easter shirts and your little grandaughters are lucky to have such a creative Grandma! Those bunnies are so sweet and you are right to ignore anything you see at fault with them because I could only see the beauty and I think we are all a bit hypercritical of ourselves.
ReplyDeleteTake care of yourself, my friend.

These shirts are just fabulous, Brenda. Sorry to hear you've been unwell, hope you are fully recovered now. xx
ReplyDeleteThese are both adorable, Brenda! I'll bet the girls look darling in them, too! I'm like the older sister, I didn't notice anything wrong with the bunny's ears and now I cannot find out what you are talking about, lol! Enjoy the beauty that is springtime and I'm crossing my fingers that Bret continues to be your mower dude! Love and hugs, Auntie
ReplyDeleteJust so adorable, Brenda ... those little girls will love wearing these sweet goodies from Grandma! I hear you on the mowing ... just about to start round three here! Hugs, Anita :)
