CAS Mix Up Challenge

Hello once again crafty friends, please don't faint that I'm posting twice in one day! lol Yesterday was dreary as well so I had a play day. The dogs were napping so it let me have that play. I have been loving the look that everyone is getting doing the print making with die cuts and I've been wanting to try it now forever. And this was the time since CAS Mix Up Challenge is having this challenge hosted by Bonnie. Well I finally did it! It's not as good as Loll or Bonnie and the DT makes, but I'm happy with my outcome for the first time. Hopefully I will get better at it. I didn't put a sentiment on this card yet, I will once I decide what I want to use it for. Ready for it?

Not too bad right??? I need to dig through my stash and see what other dies I have that will work and practice some more. I used Real Brush pens but next time I think I will use Distress Inks. But I'm still please with the results on my first try.

As always, thank you for taking time from your busy schedule and visiting with me for a spell. I so appreciate you and you always make my world brighter. Until next time.....

Crafty hugs,

Card Recipe:

Zig and Arteza brush pens
water color paper
My Creative Time layering dies for the frame
Sunflower die - not sure but think AliExpress and not sure if I bought it or if it was a gift from
a sweet blogging friend. My mind is like a sieve, I put stuff in and it all runs out!

  10. What do you mean "it's not as good as Bonnie's"!?? I think you did a wonderful job - I am pea green with envy. I have to admit that Loll did one of these print making cards not long ago that I almost fainted and fell out it was so beautiful. You should be happy with the outcome -- make some more!!!!
