Hi all my crafty friends, happy hump day to ya'! It's Wednesday and you know what that means, yep it's time for another challenge at My Paper Crafting! Our challenge this week is "pearls"! This is a vertical mini that I made for a friend of mine. She is expecting her first granddaughter in July. I used the Cricut cartridge "The First Few Years" for the title and the crown. Some Prima pearls, some flowers from Hobby Lobby and I made a stick pin out of Swarovski crystals and pearls with a little flower charm complete the front of the cover. Please go check out what awesome projects my design team sisters have for you over at My Paper Crafting. Come back to see the inside of this mini on Thursday! As always thanks for visiting me and leaving such lovely comments!
Congrats to your friend! Granddaughter's are so much fun! I have five of them myself ages 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, lol! Great job on the mini Brenda! :)
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful. What a lovely gift for your friend's granddaughter, and what an heirloom it will be. Something that can be filled with the treasures of her life, that she can take along into adulthood. Your crystal stickpin with the pretty flowers was just icing on the cake. TFS
ReplyDeleteSo Cute! What a great gift for your dear friend!
